"Good drink options, just a bit of a wait"
There were plenty of drink choices for both the kids and adults, which was handy. The queues did feel a bit slow, though to be fair I might have just been impatient because I was trying to keep the kids from getting restless. Prices were reasonable overall, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Pretty Fair Prices for a Day Out"
I was expecting the food to cost way more, because isn’t that usually how these places get you? But the kids’ meals and snacks were actually reasonable, and we could grab drinks without feeling like we were spending a fortune. Such a nice change from places that charge way too much for everything

Took the kids here and, i thought it was good value. I know some people might expect more, but we were kept busy for a few hours and the kids had a great time. The maze was actually really fun, even if we did end up going around in circles a bit. Yeah, the food and drinks were on the expensive side, but that’s normal at places like this, so next time I’d just bring a few snacks with us. For what we paid to get in, I really don’t think it was bad at all, and we’d probably go again.

"A Fun Day Out, Even If It Was a Bit Pricey"
I did think the tickets were a little expensive for our family, but overall it was still a decent day out. Booking was really easy, and the kids had a great time, so you can’t complain too much when everyone leaves happy.

"Kids Had a Blast"
The kids loved every ride there. if you’re going with little ones, it’s pretty much common sense to plan for lots of walking and a few repeat rides, but it was totally worth it seeing how much fun they had.

"Such a fun maze experience"
I really loved the way the maze was set up. It had just the right amount of challenge without ever feeling frustrating. The kids had a great time choosing different paths, and we all ended up laughing when we got properly lost a few times. Such a fun and happy little adventure!

"Cute animals, happy kids"
We had a really fun day here. The goats and pigs were adorable, my quick rule is if the kids are asking to stay longer, it was definitely worth it. Super cute spot and a nice easy outing

"We took the kids to York…"
We took the kids to York Maze and they had such a brilliant time. The play areas kept them busy for ages, they were just climbing, running about, disappearing off to the next thing before we’d even caught up. It’s funny how much energy they have when there’s space like that. We actually managed to sit down for a bit too, which doesn’t happen often on days out, so that was a nice little bonus

"Friendly help, just a bit of a wait"
Overall, the customer service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me sort out my ticket question, which I appreciated. Compared to some places where you feel like you’re getting brushed off, they actually seemed helpful. It did take a little while to get an answer, but everything was sorted in the end

"Food was good overall"
I goes to York Maze with my family and the food was better than I was expecting. The chips was hot and crispy, and the burgers tasted decent too. It’s a bit pricey for what you get, but I guess that’s normal for a day out place. I’d eat there again, though I did wish they had a few more options...

"Really easy day out at York Maze"
Took the kids to York Maze and thought we’d be stood around in queues all day, but it was way better than i expected. The lines moved quick, even when it got busier, and the staff seemed to keep everything ticking along. We managed to do all the stuff we wanted without anyone getting bored or grumpy, which is always a win. made the whole day feel a lot more relaxed. Would definitely go again.

"Fun day out, but definitely weather-dependent"
I had a really good time at York Maze, but in my opinion it’s the kind of place where the weather makes a big difference. When the sun was out, it was lovely and really enjoyable, but you can tell that after rain some areas get muddy quickly. I’d definitely recommend wearing decent shoes rather than anything you don’t want getting dirty. Overall, I still think it’s worth visiting, I’d just check the forecast before you go.

The tables were actually really handy. I know that sounds like a small thing, but they made everything easier because I had a place to set stuff down, keep things organized, and not have everything scattered around. It was one of those simple details that I didn’t think much about at first, but once I was using them, I realized how useful they were.

"Really smooth day out"
Went to an event at York Maze and, it all just worked the way you hope these things will. Parking was no hassle, the staff seemed properly on it, and the queues kept moving instead of turning into one of those long waits that tests everyone’s patience. Even though it was busy, it never felt stressful. The kids had a great time too, which always makes the day feel worth it. We’d definitely go back...

We had a really fun time at York Maze with the kids. There was loads to keep them busy, and the staff we spoke to were all lovely. The only downside was the food queues, which were a bit longer than we expected. Still, it seemed like lots of other families were having a great time too, so I can see why it’s a popular place
